What makes mWz different · Dossier D-01

One contract. One principal. Nowhere for risk to hide.

Mega projects rarely fail inside a discipline. They fail in the seams between them — where the planner’s assumption, the engineer’s tolerance and the economist’s absorption rate quietly disagree, and nobody owns the contradiction. mWz removes the seams by placing planners, architects, engineers, economists and real-estate specialists under one command line, reporting to one principal who signs the pack that reaches you.

01 · PROCESS MAP

How the work moves

Input

One mandate

Scope, jurisdiction and decision rights fixed in a single instrument.

Engine

One command cell

All disciplines seconded into one programme, one model, one register.

Output

One signature

A single attested issue carries to you, your board and your bank.

02 · WORKFLOW

Step by step, with the gates that stop it

Diamonds are stage gates. Work does not pass one until its criteria are met — which is what keeps a programme honest when it is under pressure.

01 Mandate and decision rights

You sign one appointment with mWz — not five with five firms. Scope, target country conditions, reporting language and who may approve what are fixed on day one.

Gate A — Mandate accepted

Scope boundary, jurisdiction and approval authority are signed. No work is billed before this clears.

02 Command cell stood up

A named principal-in-charge is appointed and discipline leads are seconded into the project. Every workstream gets an owner by name, not by firm.

03 One information spine

All disciplines write into one shared environment: one drawing and document numbering system, one assumption register, one risk register. A change in one discipline is visible to the others the same day.

Gate B — No orphan scope

Every deliverable, interface and risk line has a named owner and a date. Unowned scope stops the programme.

04 Fixed decision cadence

Technical clearing weekly, investor board monthly. Issues escalate on a clock, so a problem cannot sit unresolved waiting for someone to ask about it.

05 Single attestation

At each gate the principal-in-charge reviews and signs. One signature carries the technical, commercial and financial position — which is what a credit committee needs to see.

03 · ENGAGEMENT

What we need, what you get

What we need from you

  • The asset or opportunity — site, concession, land bank, or the policy window you are responding to.
  • Your decision-makers — who signs, who advises, and what their approval thresholds are.
  • Target jurisdiction — country of interest and any local partner already in place.
  • Your constraint — the date, the budget ceiling or the return floor that the project must respect.

What you receive

  • One appointment instrument covering all disciplines, with one fee line.
  • Command chart and responsibility matrix naming every owner.
  • Live assumption and risk registers you can inspect at any time.
  • Attested gate packs — each one signed, dated and traceable.

Where the traditional model gives you five opinions and leaves you to reconcile them, this gives you one position you can take to a lender. If a discipline disagrees internally, that argument happens inside mWz and is resolved before it reaches you.
