What we do · Dossier S-04
From first mobilisation to a working asset.
Duration
Project-dependent, typically 18–48 months
Accountability
Single point of execution to the investor
Controls
Cost · programme · quality · EHS on one baseline
Reporting
Monthly control report, live variation register
Completion
Certified, documented, operating and reported
01 · PROCESS MAP
How the work moves
Input
Funded project
Approved design, executed contracts, funding in place.
Engine
Controlled delivery
Procurement, construction, quality and safety against one baseline.
Output
Operating asset
Commissioned, certified, handed over and performance-reported.
02 · WORKFLOW
Step by step, with the gates that stop it
01 Mobilisation
Delivery team appointed, baseline programme and cost plan fixed, site established, permits and insurances in place, control and reporting systems live from week one.
02 Procurement and award
Packages tendered to a prequalified supply chain, evaluated on capability as well as price, awarded under contracts that allocate risk to whoever can control it.
03 Construction and quality control
Progress measured against baseline, inspection and test plans enforced, non-conformances tracked to closure, safety managed as a stop-work authority rather than a report line.
Gate A — Quality and EHS clearance
Non-conformances closed and safety performance within threshold before each major milestone is certified.
04 Commissioning and testing
Systems tested individually and integrated, performance verified against the specification, operator training delivered before handover, not after.
Gate B — Completion certified
Statutory approvals obtained, documentation complete, outstanding items scheduled with dates and owners.
05 Handover and performance reporting
As-built records and O&M manuals issued, defects liability managed, and measured performance reported against what the feasibility promised.
03 · ENGAGEMENT
What we need, what you get
What we need from you
- Approved design and executed funding — or the mandate for us to complete both.
- Operator or end-user requirements in enough detail to commission against.
- Approval authority for variations, with thresholds agreed in advance.
- Handover date and any commitments already made to tenants or authorities.
What you receive
- Single monthly control report — cost, programme, quality, safety, risk.
- Live variation register with cost and time impact stated before approval.
- Commissioned and certified asset with full as-built and O&M documentation.
- Performance report comparing the operating asset with the feasibility case.
Reporting measured performance against the original feasibility closes the loop. It is how a consortium earns the right to be believed on the next project.
