What we do · Dossier S-02
Red-teamed before it reaches your reader.
The prospectus is where the whole project stands or falls in a reader’s first hour. We build it as a document with a verifiable spine: every claim traceable to evidence, every number traceable to the model, and the whole pack attacked internally by a reviewer whose job is to break it before an external analyst does. What leaves us is the version that survived.

02 · WORKFLOW
Step by step, with the gates that stop it
01 Evidence assembled and traced
Every claim intended for the prospectus is tied to a source document, a survey, a transaction record or a model output. Untraceable claims are removed.
02 Model built and audited
The financial model is rebuilt to a consistent standard — transparent formulas, no hard-coded overrides, documented inputs — then checked line by line by someone who did not build it.
03 Internal red team
A reviewer is tasked with attacking the case: challenging assumptions, hunting circularity, testing whether the downside is genuinely downside. Findings are resolved, not softened.
Gate A — Findings closed
Every critical and major finding is closed with evidence. An open critical finding stops the issue.
04 Prospectus authored
The document is written for the reader who decides: conclusion first, evidence behind it, risks stated openly with mitigation, and a clear statement of what is known versus assumed.
05 Data room and Q&A support
Supporting documents indexed and loaded, and we stand behind the pack during diligence — answering the technical questions rather than passing them back to you.
03 · ENGAGEMENT
What we need, what you get
What we need from you
- Access to prior studies and any existing approvals or correspondence with authorities.
- Your target readership — which institutions, which jurisdictions, which format they expect.
- Corporate and structure information for the entity that will hold the project.
- Sign-off authority — who at your end approves the final issued pack.
What you receive
- Complete investor prospectus with executive summary written for a first-hour read.
- Audited financial model handed over unlocked, with the audit log.
- Evidence appendix and indexed data room ready for external diligence.
- Challenge log showing what was tested internally and how it was resolved.
The challenge log is issued to you deliberately. A reader who can see what we attacked and how it held has more reason to trust the parts we did not need to change.

Send us the position you hold — a site, a mandate, a policy window — and we will tell you what it would take to make it bankable.
