Ar. MEOR WAZIR ZUL’AIDIN
MANAGING DIRECTOR
Ar. Meor Wazir brings over 30 years of extensive consulting experience within the Professional Practice domain, seamlessly transitioning between roles as a client, project manager, consultant, and builder. His career is distinguished by innovative design, master planning, and the implementation of sustainable projects, with a strong focus on power/energy generation, net-zero carbon goals, environmental sustainability, and critical mitigation strategies.
Among his most prestigious and innovative projects are:
- Prime Minister's Office in Putrajaya (PMO - Parcel A): A landmark project involving the Security Bunker & Command Centre of the main PMO building.
- KLIA Main Terminal Building & Contact Pier: A cornerstone of Malaysia's aviation infrastructure.
- Prince Court Medical Centre KLCC for Petronas: A state-of-the-art medical facility in the heart of Kuala Lumpur.
- Penang Sentral for MRCB with HOK Global, Hong Kong: A major transportation hub integrating multiple transit services.
- 10 new Hypermarkets for Carrefour MY/SG: Ar. Meor led the development of these hypermarkets, earning the 'Carrefour Global Award' for Construction and Best Economics of Development.
- Royal Bank of Canada in collaboration with HOK Canada: A prestigious international project enhancing the bank's facilities.
Ar. Meor Wazir began his career as a Primary Architect/Director of Computer Systems at Mateu Rizo Associates in Miami, FL, from 1989 to 1992. He then served as a Senior Architect at Arkitek MAA SB from 1992 to 1997 before joining AQIDEA Architect in 1997. His innovative approach was pivotal in leading the ASSETs & Development Division at Carrefour M’sia/Singapore, overseeing the construction of 10 new Carrefour hypermarkets within just three years.
In 2009, he took on the role of Acting COO and Sr. Vice President, Head of Product Development & Projects at the Malaysian Biotechnology Corporation Sdn. Bhd., a government owned entity. He continues to push boundaries as the Managing Director of mWz Consortium SB, leading Professional Services-Led Consortiums and pioneering project developments both in Malaysia and internationally, including major initiatives in Iran, Bahrain, and Indonesia.

Ar. (Dr) Mohd Zulhemlee An

Upon graduation in 1988, Ar. Mohd Zulhemlee bin An joined Mangold Buttram and Associates (MBA), in Rogers, Arkansas, a small practice in the Northwest Arkansas area. In his short stint as an intern architect with MBA, he was involved in the design of a few bungalows, renovation to existing bungalows, and in an extension of a school block, before returning home to Malaysia in 1990.
In Malaysia he started his career in architecture with Arkitek Kitas Sdn in 1990. He was involved in myriad types of projects from single to repetitive housing, commercial buildings, offices, industrial and institutional projects for the Government and private developers. Ar. Mohd Zulhemlee An also had the opportunity to be involved in the design of several medical, education and religious buildings in Minnesota, U.S.A, through a collaboration exercise between Arkitek Kitas Sdn and BWBR Architects, an architectural practice based in St.Paul, Minnesota, specializing in hospital and airport design.
Ar. Mohd Zulhemlee bin An joined W&W Architects in 2003 and was promoted as a partner in 2004. As the team leader for all projects in W&W Architects, Ar. Mohd Zulhemlee An is responsible for the overall design and the implementation of all the projects being undertaken by the office. He had also conducted preliminary studies of the potential to turn historical Kuala Kangsar, Sungai Lembing, and Pekan, Pahang into heritage tourism destinations.
Ar. Mohd Zulhemlee An is an active member of the Pertubuhan Akitek Malaysia (PAM), having served as the Council Member from year 2004 until to date. He served two terms as the PAM President from 2015 until 2017. He had chaired several critical committees at PAM including the Education Committee, Membership Committee, CPD Committee and the Conservation and Heritage Committee and has been the member of PAM’s numerous committees since 1998. Ar Mohd Zulhemlee An had represented PAM to the Asean Architect Council, to the ARCASIA Education Committee, and also to the UIA Region IV Working Group on Architectural Heritage.
