Munirah possesses extensive experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, with a strong emphasis on intellectual property. She has advised on intellectual property and information technology matters throughout various stages—from initial research and development to commercialisation—for diverse clients and institutions.

Since becoming a certified Intangible Asset Valuer in 2015, Munirah has played an active role in advancing the intangible asset valuation field in Malaysia. She currently serves as a committee member of the Property Surveying Division under the Royal Institution of Surveyors Malaysia (2021–2024). Her previous involvements include membership in the National Young Lawyers Committee (2010–2013), the KL Young Lawyers Committee (2009–2013), and serving as an advisory board member for Girls in Tech Malaysia (2015–2018).

Following her return from studies in Germany in 2019, Munirah has engaged extensively in Good Regulatory Practice (GRP) initiatives in Malaysia. She is a certified Regulatory Impact Analysis (RIA) trainer through the Malaysia Productivity Corporation and continues to contribute to GRP-related efforts.

Her contributions also include reviewing regulatory notifications (prior to digital implementation) and regulatory impact statements. Additionally, she was involved in developing the initial framework and proposal for the Temporary COVID-19 Act 2020 through the Professional Services Productivity Nexus and PEMUDAH.
